South Florida Fermented Foods

The following supply artisanal fermented foods, made in small batches. Fermented foods are considered critical to health by many and were consumed throughout human history as part of every meal (they were our primary means of preserving food). Indeed, returning to that pattern of consuming them with every meal will often resolve, in time, many seemingly unrelated ailments and degenerative diseases. Unlike most of the fermented foods found in grocery stores, these have not been pasteurized after fermentation.

Listed from north to south by pick up location; those serving multiple locations are listed alphabetically.
“•” distinguishes retail location where you can purchase (at least some items) without pre-ordering; all others require pre–ordering.
